At ALVIXIA, our work starts with dialogue with business owners. We carefully organize the company’s current situation, strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities. What we value is not simply creating an impressive plan, but translating that plan into practical steps that can be implemented on the ground and connected to tangible results.

I have worked with small and medium-sized companies, mid-sized and large enterprises, and global companies across a wide range of roles, including sales, presales, consulting, project management, post-sales support, and customer success.

Through this experience, I have seen many business owners at small and medium-sized companies facing issues such as cash flow, market development, building trust with customers and financial institutions, preparing for business succession, developing people, and driving organizational change. At the same time, in large enterprises, I have also experienced many situations where the potential of individuals and organizations was not fully realized because of interdepartmental coordination, complex decision-making processes, and conflicting interests between organizations.

Based on practical experience across management, organizations, operations, systems, and data, I support companies by understanding both the business owner’s vision and the realities of the workplace. I design practical improvement measures rather than idealistic theories, and provide end-to-end support from planning and implementation through adoption and continuous improvement.
